Objayda

The P.Ps came about after years of comparison between Tarn's voice and that of Chrissie Hynde. We resisted the tribute thing for a while, but eventually realised it could be quite a laugh. It has helped raise the profile of Objayda following several T.V & radio appearances & the release of an E.P distributed by major record company B.M.G - The E.P features well known covers & original material 'in the style of' the Pretenders - plus Brass in Pocket just to prove a point. Tarnsy B. Hynde - along with Charlie Chambers, Farndon Howe & Mr. Honeymoon provide a very authentic sound, with a touch of humour thrown in along the way (we don't live this O.K) The show includes other well known songs 'in the style of' plus hits from the era
